IronClad Consulting Services, a fractional accounting and financial advisory service provider, is looking for a Bookkeeper to add to the team. Responsibilities:
- Manage transaction coding for multiple clients in various accounting systems
- Assist with preparation of monthly reconciliations
- Work within the client's inventory system from an purchase order and sales order perspective to ensure accurate handling of AP, AR, and inventory
- Process Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Sales Tax, and Inventory Transactions with a high level of accuracy and autonomy
- Maintain transactions on an accrual basis and the ability to identify areas of concern
- Learn new softwares based on the accounting and financial environment our client's have
- 1099/W9 management across multiple clients
- Organizational and Time Management across clients to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Effective communication with internal and external teams to meet 24-hr SLA
Education, Experience, and Skills:
- Minimum 1 years of professional Accounting experience, full cycle preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (required)
- Advanced experience with QuickBooks Online required, NetSuite experience (preferred)
- Intermediate Excel skills required
- Excellent communications skills - written, verbal and interpersonal - and an ability to tailor communication style to diverse audiences
- In depth understanding of wholesale, distribution, and direct to consumer environments
- Proven consumer packaged goods experience required
- E-Commerce Experience Required (Shopify, Amazon, other like Woo Commerce a plus, etc)
- Ability to learn and adapt to different systems and clients
- Detail oriented with high degree of accuracy
- Self-Starter and ability to work independently or part of a team
