Roles & Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls efficiently and accurately by applying the Tips and Toes telephone etiquettes & call handling system.
 - Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information and reconfirming their requests.
 - Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell treatments; explaining new services.
 - Maintains call center database by entering information.
 - Reconfirms all client appointments for the day.
 - Manage the computer booking system efficiently and ensure communication is accurate
 - Maximizes the booking system by minimizing the gaps between each booking. Supports in achieving the target of each branch.
 - Informs clients by explaining procedures (children policy, arrival policy, etc.); answering questions; providing information.
 - Informs the guests of their treat card points accumulation during each call, and offers treatments based on it.
 - Understands the customer, builds strong collaborative customer relationships, and builds customer trust and confidence.
 - Actively promote Bedashing services and retail, on the phone.
 - Works towards team targets and shows initiatives in achieving them.
 - Assist team leader with assignments/tasks for completion.
 - Have full knowledge of call center SOPs.
 - Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
 - Helps in performing the closing reports for the day and daily updates and ensuring they are accurately administered and completed.
 - Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in training opportunities.
 - Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.
 - Enhances Bedashing Beauty Lounge's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
