As our Head of Operations, you will have the chance to join our company just after moving into new international markets and growing our business significantly. Together with our COO, you’ll be responsible for the company’s mission to build the best-in-class operations system for an ops-heavy startup company.
You will have an impact on:
As our Head of Operations, you’ll have the full responsibility to establish and monitor operational performance KPIs to identify areas of improvement, and track progress for all our operations teams
You'll be managing our local and central operations team, offering guidance, and setting an example through effective and compassionate leadership
You'll directly report to the COO and Co-Founder and work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and achieve operational excellence
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within the operations team
Defining and implementing scalable processes to support business growth, by collaborating with the growth, finance, and revenue teams
Evaluating the existing ops system and identifying areas for improvement, automation, and bottom-line optimization
What you will add:
You bring a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an operations-heavy start- or scale-up environment and/or a background in strategy consulting
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build, motivate, coach, and inspire a high-performing result-driven multi-level team in a fast-paced environment
You’re a strong communicator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
You’re hands-on with a Can-Do attitude
Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Strong understanding of operations management, process improvement, and quality control methodologies
Proven record working in a fast-paced and guest/customer-first-focused environment
Experience within the hospitality industry is a plus
German skills are a plus
