Housing Manager
The Redevelopment Commission operates and manages public housing in the Town of Tarboro. We provide safe, sanitary and affordable housing for families in Tarboro. We manage and operate 193 units. It is our mission to provide clean, affordable and well-maintained properties for our residents.
The Redevelopment Commission is seeking an energetic, self-starter to work as a Housing Manager. This position will work with collecting rents, directing residents in the proper use and care of housing units, informing residents of commission policies and procedures, inspecting units for maintenance and condition standards, admitting or transferring new tenants. This position is also responsible for the supervision of other employees who assist in the performance of these duties.
