This role is to investigate insurance claims to ensure its genuineness and provide comprehensive fact finding for our insurer partners. It is essential that the suitable candidate is able to dig deep and search for explanations for any circumstances that casts doubt on a specific case. We are looking for candidates who are flexible and willing to take on new challenges as each day is different from the last in this industry. You must also be a team player working with your colleagues, always willing to lend a helping hand to support the team. You will be required to travel throughout Malaysia while pursuing the various investigations.
Requirements
- You MUST have completed the Basic Certificate Course in Insurance Loss Adjusting (BCCILA)
- You MUST have experience in the automobile/insurance industry, preferably on claims handling and estimation.
- Good communication skills, negotiation skills and meticulous.
- Strong organization, prioritization and good stakeholder management skills.
- Provide quality claims services to achieve stipulated KPIs.
- Ensure all SOP are adhered to as part of completing daily tasks.
- To conduct desktop assessment, video assessment, on-site assessments and more.
- Construct/Edit/Review report to provide a comprehensive explanation on the factual findings of a specific case.
- Conduct interviews with involved parties to search for facts.
- Be able to commute and travel to different sites throughout Malaysia.
- Have a keen eye for detail.
