Job Description

  • Process, prepare and check new/amended guarantees.
  • Debit issuance fees and commissions, reconciling guarantee commission calculations and adjusting errors.
  • Respond to customers queries whilst demonstrating a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Process letter of guarantees' transactions within cut off times.
  • Receipt of client instructions, verification of client instructions against credit authorizations and agreed customer conditions.
  • Check client and bank requests for issuance of guarantees, to ensure legal acceptability, and compliance with the Bank’s standards.
  • Verify customer instructions against credit authorizations.
  • Prepare and process customers' requested amendments.
  • Perform tasks/activities relating to the monitoring and reporting of guarantee instruments.
  • Process customers' requests for changes to the terms of ongoing letter of guarantees.
