Job Description
- Process, prepare and check new/amended guarantees.
- Debit issuance fees and commissions, reconciling guarantee commission calculations and adjusting errors.
- Respond to customers queries whilst demonstrating a high level of customer service at all times.
- Process letter of guarantees' transactions within cut off times.
- Receipt of client instructions, verification of client instructions against credit authorizations and agreed customer conditions.
- Check client and bank requests for issuance of guarantees, to ensure legal acceptability, and compliance with the Bank’s standards.
- Verify customer instructions against credit authorizations.
- Prepare and process customers' requested amendments.
- Perform tasks/activities relating to the monitoring and reporting of guarantee instruments.
- Process customers' requests for changes to the terms of ongoing letter of guarantees.
