  • 3-yr college degree or similar education

background in mechanical engineering, electrical,

control system, or above.

机械、电子、控制系统相关专业大专毕业或以上学历。

  • Fluent in written and reading English.

Professional Experience专业经验: · Minim 3 years of production experience in manufacturing industry. Experience in pharmaceuticals industry is preferable. 至少三年制造行业生产工作经验,最好有医药行业工作经验。 · Knowledge of cGMP is preferable. 最好具备cGMP的知识。 · Knowledge of cLEAN is preferable 具备精益生产知识 · Qualified to perform operation and maintenance activities on work cell equipment. 具备操作和维护生产设备的资质。

Key areas of responsibility 主要工作职责:

Operation technician play a key role to coordinate a shift of production operation, problem solving and improvement

activities within production line.

生产协调员是负责协调一个班组操作,解决问题和改善活动的关键角色。

Main Job Tasks 主要工作任务:

  • Execute production plan following SOP requirement by coordinating the operation, system and process

within own work cell. Spend around 80% of time operating in the process.

协调生产操作、系统和工艺流程,遵循标准操作流程(SOP)的要求执行生产计划,大约80%的工作时间是执行生产操作。

o Coordinate production schedule and resource on shift and give inputs, which include break, lunch

and other activities.

在倒班生产中合理安排班组人员生产、休息、就餐及其他活动。

o Address any safety, quality, staffing or personnel issues and solve it in systematic way.

用系统化的问题解决方法处置安全、质量和人员问题。

o On top of production operation.

熟练的生产操作。

  • Coordinate resource and tasks at shift:

协调班组内人员调配:

o Ensure enough and right manpower, production batch record and materials/components are ready

for production. 确保人员配置充分、人员资质充足、生产批记录和生产材料/组件就位。 o Assign job tasks and coordinate resource to ensure the most prioritised tasks. 分配工作任务、协调资源,按照优先顺序解决问题。 o Ensure enough qualified manpower by competence management within production line. 通过能力管理系统发展员工,确保班组人员资质充足。 · Production data handover between shifts. 班组生产数据交接: o Collect key production data and report to supervisor. 收集关键生产数据,向生产主管汇报。 o Handover information about production data and issues between production shifts. 负责班次之间生产数据和问题的交接工作。 · Shop floor management within production line. 班组的生产现场管理: o Lead meeting to update and report KPI’s status. 领导会议并在会议中汇报关键绩效指标状态。 o Create and update job introduction as process owner and carry out on job training. 作为流程负责人,创建和更新操作指导书,执行岗位培训。 o Conduct process conformation to ensure all standards/SOP are followed within the shift. 执行工作过程确认,保证生产操作遵照标准执行。 o Ensuring production line is in order, by following 5S standards and applying cLEAN tools. 执行5S标准、运用cLEAN工具确保生产线环境整洁有序。 o Be responsible for overview any safety and EHS issues in production area. 负责总览生产区域的安全和EHS事件。 · Problem solving within own work cell. 解决班组问题 o Be the first contact point when issue occurs. 当问题发生时,作为班组内首先被联系的联系人。 o Use SPS tools to analysis and solve the problems occurring in production. 用系统解决问题的方法及工具分析和解决问题。 o Escalate problem solving information to next shift or high level of management if needed. 问题解决的全部信息及时传递给下一个生产班次或者上级管理者。 o Be the key coordinator with other processes regarding problem solving. 作为关键协调人员,负责协调与其他流程相关的问题。 · Process improvement: 工作流程改善: o Own KAIZEN improvement action and participate in project as task owner. 负责改善执行,作为执行人参与改善项目。 o Provide comments on updated operational procedure. 对于操作文件改版提供意见。 o Own Kata challenge and drive mitigation-removing 负责一项KATA活动并且推动障碍移除 · Primary trainer and cLEAN coach: 首选的培训师和SPS教练: o 4P trainer for operation skills 操作岗位技能的4P培训师 o Coach operator and technician how to use cLEAN tools. 教授操作员和技术员如何正确使用精益工具。 · Rotate within all FP operation positions and have enough multi-skills in FP according to business need. 根据业务需求在FP进行多岗位轮换并具有多岗位操作技能 ·

Other individual assignments 其他工作任务: · Incorporate Novo Nordisk Way (NNW) into daily way of working 将诺和诺德之道(NNW)融入到日常工作中 · Other work assigned by line manager. 直线经理安排的其他工作。 · Keep line manager accurately informed of work status as well as any problems 保证将工作状态和所有问题准确通知到直线经理
