Recruitment/Admin Assistant – FULL TIME, IMMEDIATE START

We are looking to hire an internal recruitment assistant to join our expanding team, supporting the Head of HR & Operations. Based in Newcastle City Centre, we are a new customer acquisitions and sales firm, working in partnership with some of the best Telecommunications & Energy clients in the UK. We are proud to be representing such elite brands and have a fantastic sales strategy to ensure we provide our clients with a professional, proactive service.

Skills and Experience Required for this role:

We are keen to hire a recruitment assistant who will hit the ground running, this person will be working closely with the Head of HR & Operations to manage the recruitment process across the UK, providing high volume internal recruitment for our sales campaigns and teams. For the right candidate we have a huge amount of growth progression available assisting the growth of our organisation across the UK. We have recently expanded in to Birmingham, Manchester & still have growth plans for the remainder of 2023.

Main Responsibilities and duties involved in this role:

  • Using job boards and social media to attract a wide range of candidates for sales positions
  • Ad Placement and creation
  • Ensuring high volume recruitment across the board
  • Vetting candidates over the phone.
  • Conducting 1-1 zoom appointments
  • All client onboarding and pre employment checks
  • Liaising with the Operations team and sales managers to ensure forecasted targets are met
  • Assisting the Head of HR & Operations with ad-hoc duties as required
