Position Summary
1. Maximize the revenue and profit by planning and executing the sales strategy and plan optimized for the selected channel account based on the regional business strategy.2. Build a foundation for maximizing sales revenue and profit based on the trust and teamwork with the channel accounts.
Role and Responsibilities
Business Management
- Manage Account S/O Performance Achievement (Store and Event) in value (THB) by tracking S/O achievement on weekly & monthly basis, and providing weekly S/O report to SIS Retail Management on issues, challenges and improvement plan to achieve target and increase IHS.
- Drive Focus Models S/O performance and stock management
- Suggest plan to optimize retail resources (PC allocation, Property and VM investment)
- Report market and competitors movement of the account (Price, Promotion, Incentive)
Retail Fundamental
- Retail Fundamental Dashboard – ensure accurate and timely reporting, and tracking of action plan to improve Samsung retail competitiveness in the account
- Product –provide insights and support to account assortment strategy and inventory management
- Visibility - improve Brand’s share of visibility and compliance of VM Standard in responsible account
- Promotion – facilitate account execution readiness and effectiveness
People/Partner Management
- Partner with AS, Sales, Training and Merchandising Team to support retail execution on product, price, promotion, visibility aligned with account strategy to improve S/O performance and resolve any issues in the area.
- Work closely with Partner’s PIC (Retail Operations/ Regional/ Area Managers) to improve and enhance S/O performance and rectify any issues for the Account
Skills and Qualifications
Key Skills/Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales operations, Area Management, or similar role
- Familiar with consumer electronics or other related sales driven business
- Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestion on how to improve sales and retail operations
- Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline on boarding and reporting
- Mature, energetic, fast response, result-driven, goal-oriented with can do attitude and mindset
- Good command of English both written and spoken
- Computer literacy; Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
