Requirement:
SPM holder or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years working experience in warehouse and storage operations.
Forklift operation certification.
Ability to communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.
Job Responsibility:
Receives and inspects all incoming materials and recheck with purchase orders; processes and tracks damages and discrepancies on purchase orders received.
Generate document, posting and maintains records for deliveries arrangement.
Receives and stores documents and confidential files and maintains record of all approved document.
Arrange packing for RTV shipment back to vendor based on buyer information.
Arrange packing for scrap as per requisition from PPC, Prod. Upon portal approvals.
Maintains the warehouse and stores area in a neat and orderly manner based on ISO standard in order to comply with procedure.
Resolves discrepancies regarding receipts and deliveries.
Maintains records, prepares and consolidate correspondence report.
Unloads materials & load FG etc. to/from trucks by hand or with hand operated or motorized equipment.
Participate in-service training programs by company

Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
