Identifying hardware and software solutions;
Troubleshooting technical issues and repairing faults;
Resolving network issues and configuring hardware and software;
Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently;

A bachelor's degree in computer science or related technology field is preferred. SMK Jaringan are welcome to apply;
Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role;
Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Mac OS;
Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software;
Extensive experience with mikrotik;
Extensive experience on creating/maintaining local network on schools/offices;
Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Good written and verbal communication..
