Customer Care Export Specialist [Sweden]

We are currently looking for Sea Logistics Customer Care specialist to join our Export team in Gothenburg. You will work for one of the most successful international logistics organizations here at Kuehne+Nagel.

Your Role

As a Customer Care Export specialist, you will maintain excellent service level for our customers. You will provide a proactive customer service follow up by answering their questions and responding to complaints. As a first line support you need to ensure that our customers will be always satisfied with our products, services, and features.

Your Responsibilities

  • to efficiently advise and consult to ensure customer satisfaction
  • to qualify and enter customer inquiries, provide KN quotations and updates, set final selling price with individual adjustments within the given price band and in line with the national leeway in decision-making (front-line empowerment)
  • efficient complaint management
  • to incluse and transfer of customer requirements into the KN systems; Accompanying (initial) customer order
  • to keep maintenance and integration of customer data in the KN systems
  • knowledge exchange with the sale; Establishment of an operative customer relationship (sales support)
    reporting (creating, refining and reviewing reports)

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Preferred at least 2 years’ experience in either freight forwarding or transport planning with key focus on Sea logistics and ideally knowledge of import/export operations
  • Ability to understand and execute new processes
  • Fluent knowledge of Swedish and very good knowledge of English
  • Good working knowledge of domestic and international geography is advantageous
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office features, especially Excel
  • Strong affinity with required customer quality standards
  • Understanding of Incoterms, shipment types and methods
  • Strong customer service orientation
