Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Support Specialist who is well-versed in providing exceptional customer service, managing and resolving customer queries, and supporting our diverse clientele. As a crucial part of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will directly impact our customer retention and happiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Understand and troubleshoot issues related to electronic devices, specifically our range of telephone headsets.
- Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to address and resolve customer needs.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies of the company.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Learn about product updates and new products to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven customer service experience (minimum of 2 years).
- Experience in troubleshooting electronic devices is a significant advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for turning negative situations into positive ones.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and practices would be beneficial.
- High school degree or equivalent; a degree in a related field will be a plus.
