You Will
- Be reporting to the Head of People in Singapore (HQ), and working closely with the regional People Team to work on meaningful initiatives as we grow our teams in the region
- Be the first People Operations Manager in Thailand, you are the custodian for Thailand HR Operations, and be responsible for a full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation, and benefits, employee engagement and welfare, industrial relations, performance management as well as learning and development.
- Understand hiring needs and develop creative strategies to support business requirements in the region (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand)
- Play a critical role as part of a founding People team member, in setting up processes and policies
- Hold up high standards of candidate experience, contribute ideas to employer branding
- Utilize data and metrics to generate useful insights, to make meaningful recommendations to the business stakeholders
You Are
- Someone who wants to be part of the fun and nurturing People team – with a heart to strive for the best for ourselves and our People
- Passionate about the ways of working in a start-up and keenest to grow with a FinTech
- Holding at least 5 years of experience in a similar function, with sound experience handling set up of policies and processes, employee relations, full employee life cycle and recruitment under your belt
- Experienced in research and market mapping to proactively identify and engage qualified candidates
- Abreast with local Thailand labor laws and HR best practices, an understanding of labor laws for the region would be preferred
- Adaptable and not shy from being creative to evolve with business needs
