Who are we looking for: A fun and vibrant individual with agency experience and a minimum of five years' experience as an Account Manager (B2B and TTL). This person needs to be passionate about building brands and good at managing client’s expectations and driving a team of creatives to deliver on projects.
What will you do:
- Build and sustain strong and long-lasting relationships with clients while ensuring a rigorous client management and workflow system
- Liaising with the creative and traffic team on briefs and project requirements
- Operate as the point of contact for all matters relating to their clients
- Running status meetings and writing contact reports to share with clients
- Ability to manage a project from briefing to execution (roll out)
- Grow client portfolio
- Adherence to internal systems and contributing to team effectiveness
- Ensure a smooth and timeous workflow of activities directed at the client
- Forward recommendations and analyses to the Client
- Briefing: unpacking, understanding, interrogating
- Have a good understanding of TTL campaigns and the digital marketing landscape and maintain an active knowledge of the industry and world trends for proactive client advice
- Create case studies for past campaigns
- Excellent account management skills with a high level of accountability and experience in taking on multiple client accounts and getting them flowing well and efficiently
- Be an advocate for teamwork, but also be able to work and think independently
What do you need:
- Three-year diploma or degree in marketing, communications, advertising or equivalent
- At least 5 years’ TTL experience within an advertising agency
- Chase software
- Trello software will be an advantage
