Invoice Delivery Specialist II [United States]


 

Under minimal supervision, plan, conduct, and participate in the analysis of complex customer requirements for new or existing RRD customer opportunities. Employees at this level are required to initiate & facilitate the development of invoicing and reporting solutions ensuring solutions adhere to approved SOX, Internal Audit, and CFS directives. Prepare documentation for management approvals or escalation of proposals outside RRD standards.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Participate in or initiate implementation strategy calls for more complex customers.
  • Analyze invoice output and reports to ensure that these conform to policy, procedure, and contractual agreements.
  • Recommend solutions and prepare reports with corrective action plans.
  • Develop and maintain procedures directing CFS associates regarding ongoing support.
  • Inter/Intra departmental resource - As a subject matter expert, analyze root causes, facilitate credit/re-bill projects, and develop corrective action plans.
  • Prepare regular A/R progress reports measuring results and decide when and where to alter an existing plan
  • CFS resource to analyze ongoing disputes, and develop and implement timely corrective action requiring knowledge of the program, front-end process, and output.
  • Performs other related duties and participates in special projects such as assigned. i.e. Integration of customer acquisitions, and conversion of homegrown systems to RRD-approved integrated systems.
  • Prepare reports and assist in special projects and analyses as required or requested by the supervisor.

  • Able to demonstrate the ability to solve more complex problems by analyzing variables and applying appropriate solutions learned through experience and proficiency in understanding the job.
  • Must be able to recognize anomalies and critical situations and respond appropriately.
  • Must be able to communicate and interact with a variety of internal/external customers, at a level of detail required to resolve issues of moderate complexity.
  • Able to apply strong functional computer knowledge in utilizing Microsoft Office, Access, or other technical tools in completing assignments.
  • The ability to create detailed Excel spreadsheets May require knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn specialized software to complete work assignments.
  • Able to demonstrate continued expertise in the primary tools or applications used in completing daily work assignments.
  • Requires very good communication skills with the ability to interact with internal/external customers.
  • Must be able to proactively listen to others in order to understand issues and situations.



Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in area of work preferred, with 2+ years of work experience
    • OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of applicable work experience

The national pay range for this role is $43900 to $77200 / year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
