For one of the biggest names in tech we are looking for Technical support agents. In this challenging role you will help end clients solve technical problems and answer any questions they may have.

- Native level of required language
- Working proficiency in English (at least C1 level)
- Experience in Technical Support is preferred
- Self – Sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to Connectivity, Systems & Devices
- Ability to follow technical troubleshooting steps
- Client’s products users Preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- High understanding of IT topics such as storage, networking, mobile device management on Apple or Android devices
