About the Position:
We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused individual who will be part of the front-of-house team. We are looking for an individual who will be excited to interact with guests and help them experience great dining at LARDO LTD. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain a positive attitude and work well with other team members. The goal is to create a welcoming environment that guests will want to return to.
Qualifications:
- Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide great service to our guests and team members.
- Must have excellent math skills to calculate prices, tip amounts, and other information such as credit card charges.
- Must have excellent communication skills with management and other team members.
- Must have a positive attitude, work well under pressure, and be able to work as part of a team.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds on occasion.
- Prefer someone who is interested in continuing their education in the restaurant industry.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests warmly and making them feel welcome from the moment they arrive until their departure.
- Answering phones promptly and taking orders while paying attention to detail with your order.
- Serving food orders quickly while paying attention to detail with your food orders.
- Cleaning tables after guests leave, keeping the dining room neat and tidy by sanitizing surfaces, restocking dishes, condiments, etc..
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 48 per week
