As a QA Officer, the candidate must have exposure to Audits in Healthcare such as (TASNEEF, DOH, ADHICs, etc.), and moreover, handling policies, compliance, KPIs, and TQM.

- Assist and review the identification and development of required procedures and processes related to quality measures.
 - Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company-specific regulations related to the quality of services, KPI, and the proper performance of day-to-day activities.
 - Oversee detailed inspections and documentation in improving the data collection and submission process.
 - Perform quality and spot-checking to ensure that the guidelines of authorizing bodies involved are being followed.
 - Prepare and maintain quality records for review of completeness and accuracy to meet both internal and external expectations.
 - Performs internal audit of data collected for JAWDA KPI prior to submission.
 - Aware of the DOH and TASNEEF audit.
 - Lead quality meetings monthly/quarterly prior to submission and able to identify the root cause of the problem.
 - KPI review, corrective action, and preventive measures to be decided by the committee to improve the service.
 - Providing effective leadership in Quality Management
 - Coordinate the process of ensuring accreditation standards continue to be adhered to and upgraded as required.
 - Maintains continuity of nursing by documenting and communicating actions and continuing needs
 - Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
 
Job Requirements:
- With a bachelor's in any medical background with a Master's in hospital administration and management or MBA in Healthcare Management
 - CPHQ Trained or Certified
 - At least 3 years experience in the same position or designation.
 - Desirable With HAAD/DOH License
 - With homecare experience as a Quality Officer.
 - Joining Immediately is preferred.
