What you will do:
- Communicating with the management team to ensure that all customer needs are being met
- Analyzing data to identify trends in customer complaints, problems with products or services, or opportunities for improvement
- Determining how updates to can improve customer service operations or create new opportunities for growth
- Planning staff training and development programs to ensure that employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to perform their jobs effectively
- Monitoring customer feedback about products or services to identify potential issues before they become problems
- Identifying Fraud and organizing strategies for prevention.
What you will bring:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines with attention to detail
- 5 years of operational and customer experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
