- Communicates directly with customers through verbal and written skills using E-Mail, faxes and other similar devices.
- Transcribes orders to an electronic order entry system.
- Support Electronic Data Interface (EDI) order processing and backup.
- Enters orders and special requests in a timely fashion.
- Prepares, enters and tracks manufacturing work order requests.
- Provides customer quotes for repairs, parts and subsystems. through CRM.
- Maintains customer’s files and documents in accordance with ISO procedures.
- Coordinates with other departments as required.
- Gathers necessary customer information to respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Processes product returns, repairs and credits.
- Solicits additional company business (repairs) when the opportunity presents itself.
- Utilization of computer systems.
- Responds to customer concerns in a constructive manner.
