  • Communicates directly with customers through verbal and written skills using E-Mail, faxes and other similar devices.
  • Transcribes orders to an electronic order entry system.
  • Support Electronic Data Interface (EDI) order processing and backup.
  • Enters orders and special requests in a timely fashion.
  • Prepares, enters and tracks manufacturing work order requests.
  • Provides customer quotes for repairs, parts and subsystems. through CRM.
  • Maintains customer’s files and documents in accordance with ISO procedures.
  • Coordinates with other departments as required.
  • Gathers necessary customer information to respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Processes product returns, repairs and credits.
  • Solicits additional company business (repairs) when the opportunity presents itself.
  • Utilization of computer systems.
  • Responds to customer concerns in a constructive manner.
