About the role as Customer Service Executive - This is a great opportunity for someone to join the team and learn the ropes of a Customer Relations Executive. You play a crucial role in building relationships with our clients. You’ll be at the forefront of ensuring our client deliverables are met on time. Mostly importantly having the passion in the customer service industry
What can you offer us?
Provide support to the sales team
Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts
Coordinate with client’s after-sale of a service
Liaise with Sponsorship Sales Managers for Sponsors deliverables and preparations needed for the event
Communicate with Event Sponsors on matters related to coordination, request and queries
Prepare reports on account status
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
Maintain customer satisfaction through superior service
Being a passionate advocate for the event and brand
What you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum 1 years of customer service experience,
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Must be attentive to customers' needs and determined to provide customer satisfaction
Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
Possess business acumen and have a commercial mindset
Work well with others and be a team player
