About The Role
TMF Group in Hong Kong is expending the Corporate Secretarial Services, Listed Company (Associate - Entry Level) to grow together. This role will be responsible for a full spectrum of company secretarial duties to listed companies.
Responsibilities
Deliver high quality corporate secretarial services to our listed clients included but not limited to:
To assist in organizing board, committee and shareholders meetings.
To assist in preparing resolutions and minutes of meetings.
To coordinate and assist in the drafting and preparation of announcements, circulars and interim / annual reports.
Communication with internal clients, external agents, banks, authorities.
Maintain and update statutory records and filings in compliance with the Companies Ordinance.
Assist in managing a portfolio of listed clients’ companies and their groups companies, located locally or overseas in compliance with the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and the Listing Rules, etc
Assist senior / superior in other administrative tasks from time to time.
Requirements
Degree in Corporate Governance, Accounting, Legal Studies or other business-related disciplines
Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
1-year experience in professional firms/ law firms/ CPA firms
Eager to develop career in Company Secretary field
Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Cantonese; fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage
