Keep front desk tidy and presentable with necessary material.
- Greet clients / visitors and set a pleasant office atmosphere
- Maintain a proper record of visitors
- Ensure attendance of staff and communicate the same to concerned department
- Receive phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices
- Receive letters, packages etc maintain a record of the same in a separate register and distribute them according to the addressee/ laid down policies.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders to the respective department as and when necessary
- Take up other duties as assigned
- Strictly abide by rules and regulations of the organization
