Swiss Life Infrastructure International is part of Swiss Life Asset Managers and invests and manages in infrastructure assets across Europe and North America. The team consists of around 45 investment and asset management professionals and is located at Bleicherweg 72 in Zurich.

We are looking for you as Junior Asset Management & ESG Support (f/m/d). Your role will be allocated 50%/50% to General support & Asset Management as well as support for ESG specific topics. You will provide general support to the team on cross portfolio activities in quarterly reportings & valuations, taking minutes as well as in ad-hoc projects. You will also support the Lead Asset Manager on passive investments in SLAM’s portfolio. Lastly, there are ESG-related tasks where you will support & coordinate the ESG reporting, and coordinate with different teams on different ESG-related topics.

Responsibilities

• Provide general support and coordination in the valuations and reportings of the assets
• Taking minutes of governance meetings such as the Valuation Review Panel
• Presentations to Investment Committee, Risk Committee on an ad hoc basis
• Support the Lead Asset Manager on a limited number of passive investments in SLAM’s portfolio
• Support and coordinate production of ESG reporting for IE funds
• Support the ESG Committee Infrastructure Equity (CIE) – prepare documentation, coordinate agenda, take minutes etc
• Support product specialists with ESG related questions in RfPs and marketing communication
• help coordinate ESG improvement initiatives together with the asset managers

Experience

• Either you have a commercial education with a higher education, or you are looking for a career return
• You bring some relevant work experience, ideally within the financial industry
• You have organizational skills and like to coordinate together with different stakeholders
• Interest in Asset Management and ESG
• Fluent in English and German
