To expand our team, we are looking for someone to fill the following full-time (38.5 h) position as soon as possible:
Mechatronics Engineer m/f/d
Your new responsibilities
- Participation in the development of new machines or expansion of existing machines/-modules (semiconductor placement machines called „Die Bonder“) according to customer product requirements
- Definition of the technical specification for an interdisciplinary development team
- Planning, implementation and interpretation of laboratory tests to identify suitable system parameters and machine processes
- Optimization of the entire system with focus on accuracy, throughput, stability and process requirements
- Support of internal and external customers (sporadic business trips)
Our requirements
- Successfully completed technical course or studies, ideally in the field of mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electronics or similar
- Practical experience in the machine industry or related industries is an advantage
- Ability to work in a team, initiative, flexibility and resilience
- Innovative, systematic and solution-oriented way of working
- Programming skills (MATLAB, Python)
- Good written and spoken English required, German is an advantage
