Responsibilities:
- Develop and design engaging online training courses and learning materials.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create effective learning content.
- Utilize e-learning authoring tools to build interactive and multimedia-rich courses.
- Incorporate gamification and other instructional strategies to enhance learner engagement.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure course accuracy and functionality.
- Provide technical support and guidance to learners throughout their online learning journey.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of online training programs and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in developing and delivering online training courses.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Strong instructional design skills with the ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of multimedia production, including audio and video editing, is a plus.
- Degree or certification in instructional design, e-learning, or a related field is preferred.
