Personal Assistance - Chinese Speaker - Up to RM3K [Malaysia]


 

Job Description:

  • Keep records of necessary customer and team interactions and enter all information required into the company database and official WA group chats.
  • Responsible for the preparation and organization of meetings, including document preparation and notify announcements, arrangement of itineraries, conference affairs, and writing minutes after the meeting.
  • Provide administrative support to the corporate secretarial teams in other offices.
  • Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required by the management.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration professional qualification or other business qualification course.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (As you need to communicate with vendors who are only able to speak in Mandarin only).
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply as training will be provided.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Computer literacy essential with knowledge about Microsoft applications.
