Job Description:
- Keep records of necessary customer and team interactions and enter all information required into the company database and official WA group chats.
- Responsible for the preparation and organization of meetings, including document preparation and notify announcements, arrangement of itineraries, conference affairs, and writing minutes after the meeting.
- Provide administrative support to the corporate secretarial teams in other offices.
- Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required by the management.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration professional qualification or other business qualification course.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (As you need to communicate with vendors who are only able to speak in Mandarin only).
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply as training will be provided.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Computer literacy essential with knowledge about Microsoft applications.
