The Reservations Agent will demonstrate the following key characteristics:
- Ability to communicate clearly and openly creating an atmosphere of mutual trust and teamwork.
- Responding to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practice
- Handle guest complaints in accordance with Four Seasons policy
Master Your Craft:
The Reservations Agent is r esponsible for selling the resort and providing information to prospective guests. To capture sales from the incoming calls and coordinate details of each reservation to ensure the guest’s satisfaction.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- We are looking for an individual who poses an affinity for guest service! You will be an experienced customer service professional with excellent phone skills, ability to multitask, problem solve and have a passion for service and hospitality.
- You will be a willing team player, comfortable with computer systems as well as communicating over the telephone.
- We are looking for candidates who have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- The ideal candidate will also have a pleasant voice and a positive attitude.
- This position involves a heavy volume of guest contact and fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is required.
- This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
