Responsibilities:
- Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties.
- Answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence.
- Typing, preparing, and collating reports.
- Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.
- Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents.
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
- Advanced proficiency in managing documents.
- Filing, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.

Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
- With 2 years of experience in Oil & Gas and Power & Energy sectors
- Smart and able to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
