Administrative Secretary [United Arab Emirates]


 

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties.
  • Answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence.

  • Typing, preparing, and collating reports.
  • Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.
  • Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents.
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
  • Advanced proficiency in managing documents.
  • Filing, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
  • With 2 years of experience in Oil & Gas and Power & Energy sectors
  • Smart and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • For female applicant only

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
