Your job as a Community Manager:
- You advise small and medium-sized companies (SMB) on advertising solutions and the management of advertisements
- You provide Post Sales Support, showing the benefits of advertising solutions
- When answering customer inquiries, you use all communication channels such as voice, font editing and customer touchpoints in the social network
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluent in GERMAN and good command of English (B2+)
- Social Media advert product knowledge or strong interest in digital advertising
- Problem solver, multitasker and accustomed under pressure to get the best results
- Fast comprehension and learning ability
