About the Role:

For our Luxembourg Headquarters, we are looking for a Global Pricing Manager, that will become part of our Sales Business Development team and be responsible of driving the Group pricing program: scope, methodologies and capabilities.
Covering this position, you will draft the Group’s yearly pricing maneuvers, to meet the objectives in terms of gross margin protection and risk mitigation, and you will be actively participating in the shaping of the value chain for the new products development.
Having a Global exposure, you will interact with different stakeholders, mainly from Finance, Sales and Marketing departments.
Moreover, you will manage a team of 3 people.

Main Responsibilities:

DRIVING THE FERRERO GROUP’S INTERNATIONAL PRICING STRATEGY

In this role you will prepare proposals of pricing strategy in collaboration with Area Revenue & Trade Management teams, considering pricing convergence priorities and Group’s strategic objectives, and you will define and drive pricing capabilities development, such as price pack architecture and price elasticities.
You will have the ownership of the team’s pricing capabilities IT platforms and data and you will actively participate in the price maneuver cascading process, supporting countries in shaping local pricing initiatives.
You will regularly follow up with Area Revenue and Trade management on implementation status, developing integrated updates to the Senior team and proposing course correct actions when needed.
Moreover, in collaboration with Finance, you will monitor revenue management KPIs and identify areas of optimization, checking the pricing strategy progress on international customers and challenging Area Revenue and Trade Management. Lastly, you will drive price insights generations.

WORK ON NEW PRODUCTS PRICING RECOMMENDATION
As Global Pricing Manager, you will contribute to shape value chain recommendations for new products development, participating in the different stages and you will ensure validations throughout.

TEAM MANAGEMENT & CROSS FUNCTIONAL MANAGEMENT
By covering this role, you will manage “on demand” requests, prioritizing activities in an organized workflow (ad-hoc, recurrent activities, projects) and you will ensure proper communication, endorsement, alignment and objectivity around managed responsibilities across Areas, Categories and Functions.
You will manage a team of 3.


Who we are looking for:

You will bring your 5-7 years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Commercial Controlling or Trade Marketing, within FMCG dynamics and environment.
Your analytical skills, mastering P&L gross-to-net composition and dynamics and your deep understanding of route-to-market structures will be an asset for us.
Concerning soft skills, we will value your strong communication capability and influencing attitude, that will enable you to deal with Senior stakeholders and navigate in our international matrix organisation.
Your ability to learn quickly complex processes and tools and identify potential improvements, together with your organisation and prioritization skills will be key.
Lastly, your deep knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft BI and financial reporting systems (e.g. HFM), SAP-BW and Nielsen or IRI will help you to succeed.
