About Us:
Position Purpose:
Coordinates the processing operations for a specific shift.
Key Job Activities:
Ensures sterilizing gears proper handling. Monitors gears and machines technical functioning metrics (temperature, oil level, cooling system) according to the processing facility following Operations Manager’s instructions.
Executes maintenance and standard repairs and keeps record of temperature observations. Takes the necessary precautionary measures if the sterilizing tubes temperature drops below optimum. Signals any gear potential technical flaw/malfunction to the technical expert and/or to the Operations Manager Processing Stations.
Supervises waste on/offloading via carrier trucks, sterilizing gear’s power supply. Checks and validates carriers’ papers before allowing internal access for vehicles. Responsible for weighting waste upon reception in the facility and registering the quantity per waste receptacle/bin, as well as in the waste reception register/form. Ensures waste bin load and transfer.
Takes full accountability for the operating fixed gears integrity under their supervision while active.
Ensures the facility remains clean at the end of each shift coordinated.
Education:
Experience (North America & LATAM):
Required Education: High School or equivalent
Experience (EMEAA):
Preferred Experience: Good knowledge & understanding.
