Sentics GmbH is a tech -Start-up that develops and offers AI-based sensor systems for industrial applications. Application areas for our customers include autonomous transport in production and logistics, safety/accident prevention, infrastructure automation, human-machine collaboration. Our customers range from SMEs to OEMs from various industrial sectors (automotive, food, engineering, consumer goods, etc.).
Sentics' optical real-time localisation system is able to detect critical situations in the operational process in good time before an accident occurs. Artificial intelligence is used to detect dangerous situations and is continuously developed and evaluated.
Contents of the work are:
· Write efficient code in C/C++
· Work with and improve open source software and in-house developed software for specific use cases
· Testing the developed software with all edge cases
· Take care of software development from R&D to deployment
· Take care of trouble shooting, debugging and documentation of existing and new software
What sets you apart:
· Previous Experience and very good skills with C, C++
· At least 2 years of software development is required
· Very Good with Data structures and Algorithms
· Experience in working with Docker will be an advantage
· Experience with GIT is required
· Experience with OpenCV will be preferred
· Experience in solving problems related to Linux and Bash will be preferred
· Experience writing code related to computer vision applications will be preferred
· You enjoy familiarising yourself with the sometimes very complex requirements and developing solutions
· Preferably good score on online coding practice platforms like hackerrank etc.
