Sales Manager [United Arab Emirates]


 

Responsibilities:

-Organization, management and ensuring the effective operation of the sales department. Analysis of transactions at different stages. Involvement in the sales process, preventing deal failure;

-Complete the full transaction cycle, payment control;

-Development and implementation of sales strategy;

- Formation of a management team, optimization of the sales department, team motivation plan;

-Generation of analytical reporting for management;

-Distribution of sales geography, management of sales managers, sales marketing;

-Distribution of areas of responsibility between existing employees.

Requirements:

-Higher education;

-Knowledge of sales stages and techniques, ability to apply and train managers;

-Successful experience in personal sales;

-Successful experience in managing a sales department;

-Successful experience in negotiations, competent oral and written communication;

-Knowledge of Russian and English languages;

-Knowledge of sales techniques, customer focus, results orientation;

-High ability to work, hard work and involvement;

-Working with the USA and European markets, searching for the cosmetics sales market, identifying major players, compiling a list of clients.
