- Coordinate necessary actions for corrections or adjustments, following up to ensure prompt resolution.
- Assist with processing refunds or exchanges.
- Facilitate order placements.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Previous experience in customer support or troubleshooting is a plus.
- Familiarity with our brand is preferred.
- Strong active listening and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the household appliance or commercial equipment industry is advantageous.
- Comfortable with basic technology tools.
