About the role
We are looking for flexible and motivated Teaching Assistants in the Cinderford area! There is a real demand for TAs at the moment and these requests are on both a full time and part time basis.The demand is typically for temporary placements, however there are some permanent roles available. Ideally the start date is as soon as possible. The schools we work with in Cinderford have great teams to be a part of!
Your role will include:
- Supporting the students in their learning
- Supporting the teacher with the class
- Managing behaviour effectively
- Promoting good progress and outcomes
- Creating a positive learning environment
What we are looking for:
We are looking for open-minded and hardworking Teaching Assistants who are eager to get into work. The individual will be highly reliable and have a passion for working with children. Being open-minded is really essential as a range of roles could be available and so we are looking for someone who is happy to be flexible and try something they may not have done before!
