Responsibilities:
Administrate HR Database & execute regular HR reports
Support HRIS team to develop HR metrics
Perform system audits and testing
Requirements:
Current undergraduate students major in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics or relevant disciplines
Proficiency in MS Office (particularly for Excel and Access), knowledge in SQL and other programming language is an advantage
Strong in problem solving, analytics and reporting skills
Fluent in both English and Cantonese
Have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR
Available to commit full time internship from June to August 2023 and continued work as part time from Sep to Dec is highly preferred.
