- Responsible for the operations of production line
- Responsible for staff scheduling including work assignments/rotations, employee breaks, overtime assignment.
- Lead and motivate Technicians to meet SAFETY/QUALITY & Production target.
- Supervise and oversee food-pan sanitation process for production operation
- Plan and execute activities to improve efficiency, quality and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 22000 and NSF requirements and standards
- Responsible for equipment maintenance and periodic calibration
- Production resource planning according to logistics schedule and volume per store orders and inventory management
