We are looking for…
the right candidate for the position as Project Manager at our Warsaw office to develop our business with some of our most important customers.

- Are you ready to be involved in localization projects applying state-of-the-art technology?
If yes, then you may be the right candidate. As Project Manager you will collaborate with a Customer Project Manager and the Production Manager to develop and manage processes and resources according to a set plan and follow up of the outcome in connection to the execution of large-scale multilingual documentation projects.
You will report to a Production Manager based in Warsaw and be expected to:
- Plan, manage and follow up the production groups’ work with on-going projects.
- To develop processes adapted to different formats and customer specifications as well as to continuously improve and streamline existing methods and routines in daily company work.
- Train group members regarding the actual methods and work procedures.
- Carry out performance appraisals with group members.
- Monitor and follow up project profitability.
- Set and follow-up each groups’ objectives.
- Meet customers to plan the production and follow-up deliveries.
- Analyze and take corrective action in relation to customer feedback.
- Prepare data for tenders, quotes, invoices and authorize supplier invoices for payment.

a goal-oriented person, who works process-oriented and is driven by meeting customer expectations while keeping an eye on the project profitability. You feel comfortable leading people with good ability to plan and follow up the work performed by group members, as well as cooperating with other departments and customers to ensure quality and to meet objectives and deadlines.
We expect you to…
- Have undergone college or university education in e.g., Language Technology, Information Management or Project Management.
- Have very good general IT knowledge and can easily grasp new concepts and processes.
- Possess excellent communication skills in English and Polish.
- Possess solid organizational skills.
