The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the management team to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives. The candidate must have strong business acumen, communication, and leadership skills to effectively manage a remote team and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Build and manage relationships with clients, partners, and vendors
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress and achieve business objectives
- Manage and oversee a team of virtual assistants
- Assign tasks and manage workload for the virtual assistants
- Monitor the performance of virtual assistants and provide feedback as needed
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in client support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to improve business operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- 7+ years of experience in business management or related field, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify and seize new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members worldwide
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with project management tools and remote collaboration software
- Fluent in English
