We are recruiting a recruiter for an international company specializes in providing exceptional customer support and sales services to renowned brands
Tasks :
- Source and attract candidates through various channels such as databases, social media, and job fairs
 - Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
 - Collaborate with different departments and managers to identify staffing needs
 - Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new employees
 - Foster strong relationships with candidates, serving as a trusted recruiter throughout the selection process
 - Create, update, and maintain analytical reports and databases.
 
Profile :
- C1 level in Dutch and fluent in English
 - University degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field
 - Proven work experience in recruitment, including familiarity with hiring profiles, assessments, interviews, and Applicant Tracking Systems
 - Strong organizational, communication, networking, and presentation skills
 - Experience with sourcing techniques and understanding of referral programs is a plus.
