Job Description
We are one-stop SMS marketing solutions provider for businesses in Malaysia established in year 2012 with a small team but yet informative and experienced in SMS marketing.
We are constantly looking for an individual who is independent, self-disciplined, proactive, responsible and result-oriented to fill our sales and marketing executive position. You will be expected to deliver results and achieve sales targets. Sales commission will be given as incentive. Training will be provided.

Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Sales and marketing
- Must be experienced in closing sales over the phone (preferably with track record)
- Fluent in spoken and written English / Bahasa Malaysia
- Digital-savvy (Must be quick to learn or familiar with digital and social media platforms like Zoom, Skype, Microsoft Office, Google Drive, WhatsApp, Facebook etc)
- Able to work independent.
- Excellent written communications skill and strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be self-disciplined and responsible enough to work from home.
- Must be an aggressive and proactive sales closer.

Job Scope:
- To assist in planning and execute strategies in developing and promoting products & services
- Ability to interact with all level of people effectively
- Responsible to promote company’s products & services
- Provide sales support - following up with customers over the phone to close sales.
- Be accountable for the entire sales cycle from cold call, email, quotation, on-boarding, maintenance and development.
- Provide administrative and customer service support
- Provide sales and admin support
- Identify new sales prospects while maintaining existing customer.
- Maintain good relationship with existing & potential customer
- Assist to manage and expand grower/customer base.
