About Your Role
Thales Australia provides logistics services expertise to our customer, the Australian Defence Force. Thales will train and qualify you to work in each area of our logistics business including, storage, maintenance and distribution. This will be comprised of ‘on the job’ training as well as courses through our in-house registered training organisation.
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a team responsible for overseeing the maintenance, and workshop operations at the Myambat depot. Your primary objectives will include ensuring safe work practices, meeting customer KPI requirements, and playing the role of the Technical Integrity Specialist (TIS).

Lead and supervise multi-skilled teams in depot operationsDrive process improvements and collaborate with the Regional Manager
Support staff management and development
Ensure safety initiatives, compliance, and positive culture
Monitor KPIs and compile reports
Liaising with managers, customers, contractors, and staff to maintain service levels
Provide technical guidance to the team
How About You?
Relevant qualifications and technical knowledge or equivalent experience
Previous supervisory experience in logistics & warehousing
Familiarity with Dangerous Goods and safety protocols
Effective communication skills
Previous experience within the Defence and/or logistics would be highly advantageous
