MikroStarTech (SMC-Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for Mechatronics Engineer as a Project Manager with experience to Manage international product development, Firmware development, and firmware designing Projects. Also, have Project handling proven experience and have high-level expertise in English Speaking, Email drafting, and communication with onsite Teams of Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, and Software Engineers and international clients to deliver Projects timely.
JDs for Project Manager:
- Leading project planning sessions.
- Managing project progress and adapt work as required.
- Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Create, maintain and monitor comprehensive and complete documentation of all assigned projects.
- Participating in tender process i-e; design, submission and review.
- Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for higher management.
- Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.
- Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects.
- Managing large and diverse teams.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Report and escalate to management on weekly basis.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short-term and long-term goals.
- Use and continually develop leadership skills.
