Job Description
- Serve the customer with your warm smile, provide counter/take-away service.
- Preparation of ingredients, tea brewing, cooking pearls.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, quantity, temperature and presentation of product served.
- Ensure the freshness of product ingredients and raw materials.
- Take on shift duties and responsibilities for the cashier.
- Supporting with inventory management and stock take.
- Expected to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
- Clean beverage preparation and bar equipment, maintain shop cleanliness.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
Skills/Requirement
- No related work experience required, candidates with experience in cafe, bubble tea shop or F&B industry is a bonus.
- Independent and able to work multi-task.
- On-job training provided.
- Able to work morning and closing shift, public holidays and weekends. Six-day work week.
- Some standard food preparation and hygiene practices knowledge is required.
