Job description
This is a PART-TIME position.
Applicants will work generally on busy weekends, but it could vary, and cover annual leave/absenteeism
Salary pay per shift, plus service charge and gratuity. Service Charge and Gratuity varies weekly depending on business.
Objective of the Role
Provide professional, efficient and friendly service to all guests
Key Duties and Responsibilities
· Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly
· Has excellent working knowledge of food, all beverages and wine.
· Ability to make recommendations.
· Be professional, friendly, efficient and courteous at all times.
· Up-sell and maximize sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
· Provide and maintain high standard of service
Requirements:
· Has minimum 1/2 years server experience in a 5-star restaurant/hotel in Ireland
· Previous experience in a high volume/ fast paced environment
· Previous experience in a busy food and beverage operation
· Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
· Micros Experience preferred
· Has immaculate personal grooming and presentation.
· Must be fluent in English and legally permitted to work in Ireland
