For our site in Prague, we are looking for Project & Sales Assistant.
In this role you will perform the following tasks:
- Assist project managers in the planning and coordination of selected complex projects
- Prepare spare parts quotations on sales team demand
- Take on administrative duties such as edition of progress reports, projects documents, invoices, estimates, etc...
- Assist with the preparation and proofing of project deliverables
Requirements
What we expect:
- A university degree with a focus on electrical engineering or industrial engineering
- Experiences in assistant project manager in electrical field (power distribution, renewable energy, electrical equipment, electrical machine, railway, traction power, etc.) is a plus.
- Experiences in the areas of planning and supply chain is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills
- You adapt quickly to new situations and familiarize yourself with new topics and act in a team-oriented manner, then you will fit in well with our team.
- Excellent autonomy
- Used to work in an international environment.
