Role & responsibilities
- Maintain Extracorporeal circulation / Cardiopulmonary support
- Maintain Counter pulsation.
- Maintain Circulatory support / Ventricular assistance.
- Maintain Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation ( ECMO )
- Maintain Blood conservation techniques / Autotransfusion
- Myocardial Preservation.
- Anticoagulation and hematologic monitoring / analysis
- Physiological monitoring / analysis
- Blood gas and blood chemistry monitoring / analysis
- Maintain Induction of hypothermia / hyperthermia with reversal
- Maintain Hemodilution
- Maintain Hemofiltration
- Administration of medications, blood components, and anesthetic agents via the extracorporeal circuit
- Documentation associated with described duties
- Data Management and quality control associated with described duties
Preferred candidate profile
B. Sc in Perfusion Technology with 2-3 years of relevant experience
